Fatima Group is hiring for Deputy Manager Accounts at Fatima Packaging Limited. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification & Experience: CA Qualified with 1 year experience or ACMA with 4-5 years’ experience in manufacturing company.
Location: Lahore
Knowledge Required:
1. Hands on experience of preparation of accounts of manufacturing public unlisted companies as per IFRS and Companies Act, 2017.
2. Knowledge of budget, projections and its preparation.
3. Knowledge of E- Business Suit (Oracle R-12)
4. Hands on experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements as per IFRS and Companies Act, 2017.
2. Responsible for overall closing of trial balance on monthly basis.
3. Preparation of financial projections.
4. Responsible for preparation of presentations for the Board of Directors meeting.
5. Corresponding with team on reconciliation of monthly sales with general ledger, stock reconciliations and assisting relevant stakeholders in reconciling the oracle reports.
6. Responsible for preparing and presenting analysis on financial statements and accounts receivables along with customer ageing to internal team.
7. Responsible for fixed assets module in oracle.
8. Coordination with external auditors to conduct the annual statutory audit and wrapping the all audit related tasks within prescribed timelines.
